Our Staff

​Adenike Adeyemi, Director of Nursing

Adenike is a registered nurse with over 10 years of experience providing skilled care to patients in a variety of settings including home care, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and rehabilitation centers. Over the years, she has acquired extensive experience supervising and training skilled caregivers. Adenike holds a Master’s degree in Nursing Science with emphasis on Education from Immaculata University.

Mina Coker, Registered Nurse

Mina has 9 years of experience as a registered nurse in Pennsylvania. In addition to having extensive administrative experience in home health, Mina has provided skilled care in various clinical settings, and has significant experience with pediatric patients. She holds an Associate Degree in Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia.

Licensing and Accreditation

Charter Home Health is licensed by the State of Pennsylvania and fully insured and bonded. We are licensed to accept Medicaid patients through PA community-based waiver programs including Community HealthChoices. The agency is in the process of securing authorization to accept Medicare patients, and is currently a candidate for Medicare accreditation from the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC), a CMS deeming authority for home health care.
